Social Determinants of Health Data Sharing at the Community Level report, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Service, 2021. “Several interviewees mentioned the possibility of making participation in collaborative data platforms a requirement for federal and/or state models, demonstrations, and/or payment programs. Likewise, the government

According to the World Health Organization, social determinants of health are, “the circumstances in which people are born, grow up, live, work and age, and the systems put in place to deal with illness. These circumstances are in turn shaped by a wider set of forces: economics, social policies, and politics.” The Operational Framework for World Health Resolution 74.16 is currently being prepared for publication and launch in early 2024.
